I was reading the following website:
It states:
The result of the test is to accept if
PValuePOF<F(TestLevel)
Should this actually be
F(LR_POF)<F(TestLevel)
For example, I calculated the following in excel:
Table 3 POF
LR_POF 0.0168 = =-2*((251-13)*LN((251*(1-0.05))/(251-13))+13*LN((251*0.05)/13))
F(LR_POF) 0.1031 =1-CHIDIST(LR_POF,1)
PValuePOF 0.8969 =1-F_LR_POF
F(TestLevel) 0.6703 =1-CHIDIST(0.95,1)
Result accept =IF(F_LR_POF<F_TestLevel,"accept","reject")
