How to increase gif quality or resolution in Matlab

Dear friends, I was trying use imwrite to export the gif file, but I found it's hard to increase the resolution of it. How could I increase the quality of gif?

Hi,
GIF use a lossless compression. Therefore, you cannot change the "quality" of gifs. However, you can change the size of the frame of the gif with the steps below:
  1. Import the gif file into the workspace.
  2. Grab the axes object of the gif.
  3. Set axes position something like below
>> axes('Units', 'pixels', 'Position', [10, 10, 100, 200]);
The above code sets position units to ‘pixels’ & position as ‘[10, 10, 100, 200]’.

Thanks Dr Mishra, thank you very much for the comments, but I guess change the size won't solve the resolution problem right?
