Does anyone have library compiler in there matlab? I want to convert my matlab code into python.

I've attached my matlab code file, if someone have library compiler please convert my matlab file into python. It's really urgent.

The license terms do not permit the library compiler to be used for other people's code, only for use by the organization that purchased the license.
