I got the plot for the given differential equation with the given initial condition using this function "diff_eqn1"
function sol= diff_eqn1()
syms y(x)
ode = y*diff(y)+2*x==3;
cond=y(1)==-6;
ySol(x)=dsolve(ode,cond);
ezplot(ySol(x))
end
