volume visualisation of brain data

i have finished segmentation of WM,GM and CSF of brain,next i have to visualise the volume data of single patient.I have considered 20 slices of images of same patient and i tried demos for volume visualisation in MATLAB. But, its not that much perfect.Kindly tell me if there is any other way for volume visualisation.
