The script
function varargout = Belajart(varargin)
% BELAJART MATLAB code for Belajart.fig
% BELAJART, by itself, creates a new BELAJART or raises the existing
% singleton*.
%
% H = BELAJART returns the handle to a new BELAJART or the handle to
% the existing singleton*.
%
% BELAJART('CALLBACK',hObject,eventData,handles,...) calls the local
% function named CALLBACK in BELAJART.M with the given input arguments.
%
% BELAJART('Property','Value',...) creates a new BELAJART or raises the
% existing singleton*. Starting from the left, property value pairs are
% applied to the GUI before Belajart_OpeningFcn gets called. An
% unrecognized property name or invalid value makes property application
% stop. All inputs are passed to Belajart_OpeningFcn via varargin.
%
% *See GUI Options on GUIDE's Tools menu. Choose "GUI allows only one
% instance to run (singleton)".

You can use assignment operator (=) sinle equal to rather than double (==):
Eg: yy = voy*1
if pilihan == 1
yy = voy*1
