Matlab 2019 prompts an license activation module after having activated yet

I got Windows 7 and MATLAB worked fine but after updating to Windows 10 this issue is happening

Steps:

• I launch Matlab R2019a and it prompts an license activation window.
• I fill "Enter the full path to your license file, including the file name" with C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB\R2019a_licenses\license_XXXXXX-PC_#######_R2019a.lic where ###### is my license number.
• I got an "Activation is complete" message
• After this, Matlab doesn't launch automatically
• I launch it manually again and i go to the first step where MATLAB requires me again a license activation when I've already got an "Activation is complete" message

This is an known issue and can have multiple reasons of it's occurance. Here is a link which has a possible workaround/solution for the issue.
