Serial communication doesn't work while using C2000LaunchPad F28379D and Simulink

I'm trying to communicate with my micro controller via COM port and SIMULINK.

I don't know what is wrong but I couldn't start communication.

Please see attached screen shots and simulink models for details.

This is really basic example to toggle a led.

First of all, I didn't get any recieve from simulink. I just flashed my code to toggle te LED and it worked.

After that I have used SCI recieve block to get an input from SIMULINK via COM port but I couldn't communicate with micro controller.

I can see the TX led are blinking but the blue led is not toggling.
