CVpartition inside CVpartition to decrease dataset siz

Hi

My training time is very slow to improve it i got idea to make cv partition inside cv partition

but im not sure how to do it. my code is belows

X = importdata('TrainSet_UCL.csv')
Y = importdata('TargetSet_UCL.csv')

cv = cvpartition(Y,'Holdout',0.3);

Xtrain = X(training(cv),:);
Ytrain = Y(training(cv));
Xtest = X(test(cv),:);
Ytest = Y(test(cv));

Instead of partitioning dataset again, you can increase the holdout size. Alternately, consider using simpler models or smaller networks.
