Cell 2 Multidimensional Array Conversion

Hi, I have a 420 X 1 cell array, A, and each cell contains an 70000 x 100 matrix,How can I get 420 X 70000 X 100 ?

Try changing the permute order:
permute(..,[3,2,1])

I tried to use this one , but no result
Also , I tried this code:
for i = 1:420
for j = 1:100
Aa = A{i,1}(:,j);
As(i,:,j) = Aa;
end
end
