How to do color processing data augmentation to some images dataset on folder ?

I found the function to do color processing data augmentation of an image as follows:
imJittered = jitterColorHSV(imOriginal,'Brightness',[-0.3 -0.1]);
How to apply this function in to some images datasets on folder?
