problem with MATLAB Drive Connector

I am having this issue since I downloaded the MATLAB Drive Connector and I have tried to uninstall it but it would not let me, can somebody help me solve this issue or tell me how to force the uninstallation?

Ps. I already tried to uninstall it from the control panel

Have you tried contacting technical support? That appears to be the recommendation based on the error encountered.
