Let A=80*80 matrix ,How to find matrices A^(-1/2) and A^(1/2)

Just straight as-it-is syntax
A^(1/2)
A^(-1/2)
or
sqrtm(A)
inv(sqrtm(A)) % sqrtm(inv(A))
