how to show physical constraints of camera parameters(focal length of lens, size of pixel, position of principal point, position and orientation of the camera) in matlab by implementing direct parallel calibration method

i am asked to show physical constraints of camera parameters (both extrinsic and intrinsic) in matlab. i need to show the focal length of lens, size of pixel, position of principal point, orientation and position of camera etc. how can i show that in matlab? i can understand showing pixel of image but how do i show size of pixel, focal length of camera in matlab? i do not have any clue about what is direct parameter calibration method. please let me know how to solve this

I find it exceedingly doubtful that an instructor would ask you to use a method that has not been presented in class, or at least give you a reading reference if it has not been.
