Hello everyone,
I am working with 2600x4320 matrices. My goal is according to mammograpy images, try to predict breast cancer detection. But first I have to filter this images. In one image contains 2600 by 4320 matrices. I read some article about detection. I should apply mean or average filter but I don't understand how to apply. Can you help me?
P = 'C:\Users\sy\Desktop\miasdbv1.21\MIASDBv1.21';
D = dir(fullfile(P,'*.pgm'));
C = cell(size(D));
dd = imread(fullfile(P,D(2).name));

Try this:
folder = 'C:\Users\sy\Desktop\miasdbv1.21\MIASDBv1.21';
fileListing = dir(fullfile(folder,'*.pgm'));
fullFileName = fullfile(folder, fileListing(2).name)
grayImage = imread(fullFileName);
windowWidth = 25; % Whatever.
kernel = ones(windowWidth) / windowWidth^2;
blurredImage = imfilter(grayImage, kernel);
