Improfile changing colour of plot

Hello, does anyone know if its possible to change the colour of a plot created by improfile?

You can try:
%Example Mathwork
I = imread('liftingbody.png');
x = [19 427 416 77];
y = [96 462 37 33];
[a,b,c] = improfile(I,x,y);
%I added this lines
figure
plot3(b,a,c,'r')
view(45,45)
