I have volatage and current csv file, please guide me to obtain frequency and rate of change of frequency values in matlab script file using these csv files.
To find the frequency components present in a signal, the signal can be transformed into frequency domain and frequencies can extracted by plotting. And you need to have a prior knowledge of sampling frequency with which the signal was sampled in order to calculate the frequencies present. You can use "fft" to convert signal from time domain to frequency domain.
This may not fulfill my cocern as my requirement is frequency of the signal at all instances as I have to obtain the frequency response at the time of fault condition. I have tried Full cycle dft, half cycle dft but there is some error coming at the time of fault instance, so I will be glad if you help me in obtaining an effective method for frequency value in a continuous manner.
