Hello,
I am wondering how to calculate (clockwise and counterclockwise) rotation of an object using data of a marker installed on the object. The attached EXCEL file includes data of movement of the marker on the anteroposterior axis (the first column), the vertical axis (the second column), the mediolateral axis (the third column). Actually, the data belongs to the movement of a marker installed on a joint during gait.
Thank you so much,

Hi,
Since the data is less, we can plot the data (x,y,z) using plot3 function and rotate the graph to look at the rotations. If the data is huge, we can use estimateGeometricTransform3D function.
Hope this helps.

Thank you.
I will try them.

You can use absor()
to register the marker coordinates to some reference position.
