Issue using SR-flip-flop block from the Simulink Extra's Library

I am asking this question on behalf of a colleague. He ran into a problem when using a block from the simulink library in matlab simulink 2017a.
When using the SR-flip-flop block from the Simulink Extra’s library, he gets the following error when compiling:
Invalid root Outport block connection in the referenced model 'hod_HFOObstructionDetection'. Only 1 element(s) of output port 1 of block 'hod_HFOObstructionDetection/S-R Flip-Flop2/Logic' drive the root Outport 2. To be a valid connection, all of the signal's elements must drive the root Outport block to which it is connected. Use the 'Invalid root Inport/Outport block connection' option on the 'Model Referencing' group of the Diagnostics page of the Configuration Parameters dialog box to control reporting of this condition.
Please let me know if you can help me resolve this issue?
