Why do I get that error "Undefined function 'spsGetFullBlockPath' for input arguments of type 'double'"?

I am trying to create a model using MATLAB Simulink R2020a. I got the following error "Undefined function 'spsGetFullBlockPath' for input arguments of type 'double.'" Anyone can help to understand the error message, and How can I fix it?

Thank you very much for your reply. I have tried to simulate the attached file. Unfortinatly, I got this error. Can you help to understand this error? I am new in Simulink. I appreciate your help.
