在什么离线更新2020b失败？

在官网上下载了离线更新包，根据官方的离线更新指南操作，却总是更新失败。
日志文件显示： 在 ...\R2020b_Update_4_Windows_package\R2020b_Update_3 中找不到更新包。请检查您的输入。
这怎么解决？
