Data Acquisition with DEWETRON DEWE-2601

Hi, I am developing a system to acquire data from a DEWETRON company computer the DEWE-2601, it has BNC connection to get the analog signals from thermocouples and pressure sensors. I want to implement in MATLAB a data acquisition system with those signals and display them live. The main problem is the operating system with which it works Windows XP SP3 and that the device does not have Native Instrument measuring instruments that are compatible with the Data Acquisition Toolbox.

I would like to know if someone could give me indications on how to proceed to read the signals to be able to represent them live in a data acquisition system with live values from the sensors.

Currently only MATLAB 2007 is installed, but we intend to install the latest possible version that allows the operating system.
