How can I analyze interaction effect between 2 categorical variable X2 and X3 in the correlation between continuous X1 and Y in MATLAB?

The X1 is the Corticosterone concentration (continuous data)

X2 is the sex (female or male)

X3 is the life style (sedentary or sportive)

Y is the stress scores (continuous data)

I want to know whether X1 is correlated to Y and this correlation is mediated by interaction of X2 or X3, and is this interaction significant?
