Marking multiple points on a plot manually with the mouse and saving those points and extracting them

I have a plot of PPG signal. I have to mark different types of points like systolic peak diastolic peak,etc (there are multiple of these different types of points in the same plot) manually with the help of mouse and save these marked points and also extract the data of all different types of points.
