Options to launch Simulink library browser

I originally posted about a problem that occurred when working with the book linked here:
On page 28, the book instructs to click on the Simulink icon on the MATLAB menu ribbon in order to launch the Simulink Library Browser. However, I found that in R2020b it didn't have this result; rather, it opened a "Simulink Start Page." Perhaps this is due to a change from R2014b, the MATLAB version used in the book.
Since then I've found that the Simulink library browser can be launched from MATLAB by executing the command "slLibraryBrowser" in the MATLAB command window. If a Simulink model is open, I see that an icon appears in that window's top ribbon to launch the library browser.
It appears that, besides the "slLibraryBrowser" command, there is no shortcut in MATLAB itself (R2020b) to launch the Simulink library browser directly. If there's actually another shortcut to do this, I'd be very interested to hear.
