Release references to .Net assemblies

After using NET.addAssmbly I am not able to rebuild the used .Net lib even when I call delete methods on all .Net objects. My .NET IDE tells me that the Lib is used by another process, Access denied.
Only closing of Matlab allows me to rebuild the lib.
How can all references be deleted to the lib from Matlab.
