Contour plot using three 1D arrays

How can I make a contour plot using three 1D arrays? Arrays 1 and 2 represent the x and y coordinates of the nodes in my unstructured grid. Array 3 represents a property of the nodes (height in my case). The boundaries of my unstructured grid make a asymmetric polygon (not a rectangle). Any help would be highly appreciated.
