How can i use 2 fuzzy logic controllers simutaneously??

I want to build a simulink model using 2 fuzzy logic controllers.My problem is that the name of the fis file must be the same as the name of tha simulink file so i have to use the same control for both controllers.Any ideas?? Thank you in advance.
