How to compare FFT , utlizing the same signal ?

Hi guys how're you ? I'm making a project involving harmonics and filters, I'd like to know if I can utilize the same signal and how, to compare before and after filtering process ? This is a example of filtering, I'd like to use the signal without filter for the input 2. I'll send a image of a from the beginning of the work. Thank you very much.
