Embedding/Anchoring Outside Applications in MATLAB GUI

Greetings MALTAB community!
I've created a GUI that launches a 3rd party software application opening an Augmented Reality video stream (from Total Immersion/D'Fusion). Is it possible to embed the D'Fusion application window into the GUI? If not, is there a way to anchor the GUI and the application together so that they're always side by side?
