Adding an altitude meter to a Simulink model.

I have developed a Simulink model of a quadcopter and wanted to ask if there is anyway of plotting the altitude as the drone traverses some distance? I have included a picture of the model. Thank you.

You can use the Altimeter to display the measurement.
