how to calculate parameter of a function

Hello,

I'm a bignner on matlab, so I'm finding it hard to find the parameters a and b of the function y=(a*x)/(b+x), where the values of y and x are given in row vector.

x=[1 2 3 4 5 6 7]

y=[2.5 7 38 55 61 112 85]
