I have four different versions of Matlab on my PC and as such have files of which only work best on the stated versions. Matlab keeps opening the matlab files with the newest version on my computer which is 2020.
How can I stop matlab opening simulink files from 2018b and 2017 automitically opening in 2020.

Don't double-click the files in Windows Explorer.
It would also be possible to go in with regedit to remove the file association, in which case they would not open in any version. Or to go in with regedit and adjust so that they all open with a particular version.
