Changing the lateral distance between wheels on only one axle in the vehicle dynamics blockset

Is there any way to change the lateral distance between wheels on only one of the two axles in the "Vehicle Body 3DOF Dual Track" block?

If you are reffering to track width then yes. This is can be a vector input (for example :[1 1.4]). If you mean the lateral distance from geometric centerline to center of mass then no. By definition this is defined relative to CG of the vehicle and not axle.
