How should I set a dragable point in GUI?

I just started to use Matlab. I created a gui and there is a part that the user should be able to choose 2 pixel on the loaded picture and then the program runs another function with the coordinates of those 2 pixels. I want to use dragable points but I don't know how should I do that... I want also that the program updates the coordinates when the user changes that dragable points.

AFAIK: "dragable points" is not a standard feature in Matlab. (However, there is always another toolbox.)
