Interpolate bathymetry onto existing nodes.

I have a 2d mesh with the triangles the way I want them, but now I need to actually assign the nodes bathymetry values. The Bathymetry can be either in xyz scatter format or in a gridded format from griddata. The problem is to interpolate the bathymetry data to the existing node points.

Any time I've worked with bathymetry data, I've been able to get by with interp2, meshgrid and griddata. Would that work?

Can you use TriScatteredInterp()?
