Image Processing help required for a mushroom detection vision app

Hi Everyone, I am using the atached code(centerTest2) for detecting mushrooms

However,

but, in some cases the code does not work and I get very bad results as with respect to the following link https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bd14lwl_BkGnb8cGgLAJXCZ1zhIUA9hu?usp=sharing

Please suggest for how shall I approach the problem to detect mushroom coordinates.
