How to enlarge font size and icon size on the meny bar/toolbar in MATLAB R2012b

Hello, I have just got Matlab R2012b. The font/icon size is very tiny in the meny/toolbar. I have already customized all font sizes in "Font preferences" in Home-enviroment-preferences. Yes, the code size and font size inside all working windows have become bigger. But the font/icon sizes in all these control bars on the top of the general windows are still very small and very difficult/uncomfortable to read, for example, these icons called "new script, new, open, Find files, compare etc". How to change that? I have been checking quite a while without finding an answer.
