Discrete output value from fuzzy logic toolbox

Hi From fuzzy logic toolbox i get outputs from 0-4 interval(for example 2,42). But i would like to get only accurate values as 0, 1, 2 ,3 ,4.I dont know If it possible to do it in fuzzy logic toolbox and it is a logic correct. How to get approximate value with preserving fuzzy logic outputs membership functions. It can be done with fuzzy logic toolbox functions?
