How can I use graphical input interactively by using mouse in Simulink?

ginput is used to identify points in the figure, positioning the cursor with the mouse, i.e. ginput is used as graphical input in matlab. My question is: Can I use a graphical input using mouse to select points on a video stream as input in Simulink? Thanks in advance.
