Question about the kernel pls

Hi all! Before using kernel pls, the input data need to be transformed via kernel function(e.g. Gaussion function). I don't know how to transform the data via radbas() function before calling plsregress() to impliment the kpls algorithm. Can anyone tell me the method? Thank you!
