Receiving error - Unable to resolve the name

My code includes

TgtModel = phased.RadarTarget;

for this , I have been getting an error ; Unable to resolve the name phased.RadarTarget;

How can i fix this?

This needs the Phased Array Antenna Toolbox, R2011a or newer
