Dynamic graphs

My problem is to make a dive profile showing dynamic graphs,i.e. depth vs time graphs. having some rules that could be if we dive descend in some specified time, the partial pressure of oxygen might change with respect to depth etc. Three graphs 1) loop volume, 2) PPO2 3) Oxygen level would be interconnected with the main one i.e. depth vs time. if we dive to some certain depth the graphs should show the changed ppo2, loop volume and oxygen level. Can any one tell which tool or method would be easy to solve this problem?

What would be the mechanism of "diving" ? uicontrol() of Style slider? If so then the Callback for the uicontrol can make the interlinked changes.

You can change the contents of graphs by plotting over them or by using set() to change the XData and YData values.
When I am working with multiple graphs, I often find it easier to put each graph in a different uipanel(), but subplot() is also usable.
