How can I access SimPowerSystems toolbox

I am using Matlab 7.12.0 (R2011a) student version. Approx. one year ago I purchased SimPowerSystems ($29.00); it is listed as one of my products in my product list. When I launch Matlab the only icon to a toolbox I have is the Simulink icon.
How can I access SimPowerSystems toolbox. I need to model Variable Frequency Drives on existing Power Systems.
If anyone know of existing models please share.

Click on Simulink, you will find it
