Does the USRP plug in work with UHD version 4.1.0.1?

The N320 firmware matches the host version. uhd_find_devices, uhd_usrp_probe, gnuradio/grc all working perfectly. Matlab detects the N320 just fine as well, with no software incompatability errors. However when I try to execute any scripts, or even findsdru I get (see below). Does anyone have a fix for this?:
