Why is my license file missing some of my products?

My license appears to be missing products that I should have. These products have an end maintenance date different from the rest of my license.

If your license appears to be missing products that are in maintenance, there may be a database issue with the license. In that case, please contact the Customer Service team by creating a new service request here:
