How to set "sample time" and "samples per frame" field in Bernoulli binary generator?

I am using MATLAB SIMULINK for OFDM based wireless communication simulation. I use 1024-point fft (among this 800 for data) and 12.8micro second data symbol period and 3.2 microsecond for cyclic prefix. My channel bandwidth is 80MHz and my intended modulation is 64-QAM. The idea is to design an OFDM system which can offer a better data rate for LTE-Advanced small cell backhaul (that is why I used bigger bandwidth). I want to use frame-based in the Bernoulli bin generator; But I can't understand how to set the Ts and samples per frame parameters! Are they (the sample time and samples per frame) related to the other parameters I listed above (I hope)! and what exactly is their relations/ how can I derive sample time and samples per frame from my described design parameters?? ..I tried to refer both LTE implementation and ieee 802.11, but I couldn't get clear understanding! thanks!
