How is the CWT function implemented in Wavelet Toolbox?

The CWT definition in the document is as below:
The document on CWT describes that there should be a 1/sqrt(a) in the
computation and line 215 of CWT code uses only -sqrt(a) not 1/sqrt(a).
I would like to know how the CWT function is implemented.

Documentation on the implementation of the CWT function is not available in the Wavelet Toolbox documentation. For more information, read the following:
The implementation of the CWT (Continuous 1-D wavelet coefficients) code is consistent with the information on CWT in the Wavelet Toolbox documentation.
The attached PDF file 'r_cwt.pdf' is a mathematical explanation of the CWT.
