Problem 43622. Leading-zero padding

Write a function that will add leading-zero padding to all numbers in the supplied vector, as necessary, based on the maximum number length. For example, for x = 1:10, return:

y = {'01';'02';'03';'04';'05';'06';'07';'08';'09';'10'}
