Program a function that will say if an input quantity is in this list:
2, 4, 6, 30, 32, 34, 36, 40, 42, 44, 46,…
A hint is that what is missing from any list quantity (in USA) is also missing from this writing (not including big writing on top and a tag), which was difficult to draft without it.

How many times was this translated? Because the problem statement only vaguely resembles English; makes bad Chinese restaurant menus and Ikea manuals look good.
To start: What is a "list quantity", and what does being missing from that even mean?
Alright, I did look on www for this. Fail any quantity with an oralization containing most common symbol of Anglican oralizations.
Haha (but not teehee)!
Chris was trying to write without the letter E. He wrote "list quantity" instead of a list of values, number list, or list of quantities. It seems clear to me despite not being grammatically correct. And this is a legit problem; A006933 at OEIS.org.
